The Center for Monitoring and Activism - CEMA, Cacak, with the support of the European Endowment for Democracy, is implementing the project "CITIZENS’ MONITORING OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN ?A?AK". The project seeks to enhance transparency, openness and accountability of the public administration by supporting a comprehensive anti-corruption model at the local level and with a focus on the establishment of a Local Anti-Corruption Forum.

The Project envisages the realization of research and analysis of citizens and local authorities' perceptions of corruption at the local level and the ways to prevent corruption. An aspect of the research is dedicated to questioning citizens' perceptions of corruption in their local self-government.
